Dell Inside Sales Account Manager – Mid Market Acquisition in Johannesburg, South Africa

Key Responsibilities

Your will be responsible for creating and managing the pipeline generation and selling/closing of Dell EMC products and solutions into Mid-Market customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be responsible for the acquisition of mid-market business

  • Identify, influence and manage customer key decision makers

  • Continuously improve approached and methods to selling company products and services

  • Qualify customer needs, acquire within specified account list and develop customer account strategies

  • Focus virtual team on the most critical activities that support the sales environment and the customer

  • Cold calling to acquire new business within specified account sets

Essential Requirements

  • Undergraduate qualification and a minimum of 2 years sales experience

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English

  • Proven experience in sales function

  • High understanding of datacenter technologies

  • Ability to learn and understand product capabilities and competitive differentiators

  • Team player with personal drive and determination to succeed
