Leads the design of a specific service area or technology within a broader services solution
Facilitates customer presentations at the leadership level
Recognized as a strong technical and financial modeling architect within the organization
Leads the overall design of large revenue and complex custom services solutions
Leads simple to medium complexity engagements as the lead consultant
Develops measurement criteria to evaluate programs and projects and develops or reviews estimate on technical aspects of projects
Designs quality control and test procedures to ensure the deliverables meet established design and performance goals
Well-versed in a specific service area or technology (Microsoft, Virtualization, Cloud, Enterprise Deployment or others)
Skilled and experienced in constructing complex service solutions in the IT market and delivering them virtually or telephonically
Understanding of DELL EMC products and their value added to the customer
In-depth knowledge of assessing operational risk on profitability and impacts to service delivery.
Experience in assessing service delivery cost driver attributes of complex services. - Complete understanding and ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. SOW) for both customer engagement and partner provisioning.
