What you’ll achieve

As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for renewing licenses for maintanance and revenue for the Dell / VMWare team within an established geographic territory or product line, building strong customer relationships while ensuring a great customer experience for all.

  • You will drive specific renewals and tech refresh sales programs including outbound calling and prospecting to grow market share

  • You will advise account executives, channel partners and end-user customers to renew and extend expiring maintenance contracts

  • You will work with one of our Dell Partners to build and execute an account territory plan

  • You will handle customer sales inquiries with the goal of maintaining or upgrading existing customers' products and services

  • You will advise customers of expiring support or maintenance contracts, pricing, new service offerings, etc.

Essential Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of customer service experience

  • You are enthusiastic and looking to build a career in sales

  • You have basic PC skills and are familiar with video and web conferencing technology

  • You thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environments with a strong personal drive to succeed

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
