They work in close partnership with teams that specialize in segment marketing, global operations, product management, customer relationship marketing and finance. In collaboration, they build both demand plans for whole product families and specific marketing plans for particular products or segments. Outlining approaches as well as specific activities, they are key to establishing, enhancing and distinguishing Dell product placement within a competitive global market. Key Responsibilities

Funding allocations : keep track of the different partner/bucket funding allocations by quarter

  • VF planning : support definition of funded marketing plans based on funding allocation and bucket guidelines

  • Bi weekly CTB : update CTB planning tool and R&D tracker. Ensure that CTB file has the most accurate info.

  • Compliance & claiming alignment : liaise with compliance and claiming team to ensure all compliance and claiming tasks are on track.

  • Marcom Coordination: Ownership of Inventory of BU programs and media assets & ensuring execution of merchandising plans. Owns and drives communication of partner requirements and deadlines to marketing teams.

  • Finance Alignment – Serve as the main point of contact with our finance team to ensure correct tracking and claiming of funds during the quarter. Lead the end of quarter process to verify that all outlooked funds are hitting the P&L at the right time and place

  • Quarter close coordination : Work closely with Compliance and claiming, marketing and finance teams to ensure funding accruals and claims are processed correctly, in a timely manner and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the program and vendor funding policy. He or she will manage the integrity of all data for reporting as well the Microsoft PIPC contract operation and data operation such as sell out report (Japan only)

Essential Requirements

  • 5 years working experience in FMCG/Software/PC/IT industries. Preferable candidate in PC/IT industries with marketing/finance/account background

  • Good in English & Japanese communication, both verbal and writing skills

  • Good understanding of vendor fund, co-marketing or alliance.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and must be a strong team player

  • Detailed-oriented, high sense of responsibility, proactive and flexible

  • Must be working well under pressure and to meet deadlines
