Dell Senior Advisor, Partner Management in Kawasaki, Japan

This position will be responsible for Japan Field Service PM & Partner manager, such as KPI management, Global/APJC project implementation, Partner spend or dispatch volume optimization, build good relationship with partners or related Dell internal functions.

This position needs following skills or experiences,

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management

  • 3+ years of experience tracking and driving improvements based on functional KPIs

  • Language – Japanese : native level, English : Business level required

  • Global or Regional Project management & implementation skills

  • Good communication skills, internal/external negotiation, excellent coordination

  • Engage and drive stakeholder engagement on regional and global level

  • Data analysis, drive CLCA skills required

  • Cost conscious and efficient
