Dell Senior Analyst, Field Marketing in Kawasaki, Japan
This position is responsible for online and offline merchandising and order codes operations for Dell’s commercial PC product line. Person will be part of Dell Japan Client Solutions Field Marketing group, where we own the product marketing function for Commercial PCs, displays and client peripherals. Your role will include below items but not limited to;
Own the Order Codes setup process for Japan commercial PC, working closely with SKU operations team in Penang and Xiamen.
Streamline the order code creation process with other functional team to increase the operation efficacy
Grow business by analyzing the right product and configuration building quarterly plan for pricing and promotion in Japan.
Drive online demand by planning and executing online merchandizing and campaign, closely working with online manager and Marcom manager
Timely update business situation and propose short-/midterm actions to Director and Sales GM
Bachelor’s degree combined with 1-2 years of working experience
Basic knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations and advertising
Basic project management ability as well as strong analytical capabilities
Communication and business writing skills
Advanced MS Office skills
Fluent/native in Japanese, business level read/write skills in English
Good knowledge of cross-channel marketing techniques such as Online and Direct Marketing and Merchandising
Ability to work with cross-functional teams/work groups
