The Team Member Experience (TMX) team is responsible for enhancing the experience of Team Members within the Dell Digital Organization by providing applications and support to team members empowering them to effectively do their day to day activities.

The team is also responsible for creating Data Visualisations using various Technologies to enhance the ability of our organisation’s productivity.

You will:

  • As a part of this team your role will be of a Data Analyst where you will continuously analyse data sets providing the Team with insight on data trends on an overall level for the TMX Products

  • Learn and understand the current manual processes & workflows of the team.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new Data Visualisation methods to enhance team member experience

  • Select the best technology for each solution, integrating with the overall platform stack

  • Contribute to the design of Various Dashboards based on each segment’s needs using ServiceNow, Excel, Power BI, TerreData.

  • Design & implement automated software tools to undertake these tasks.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, IT Management, Data Analytics or equivalent

  • *All applicants must be within 0 – 12 months of graduation and have a graduation date of 2020 or 2021 to be eligible*

  • Passionate about technology, imaginative, creative and innovative

  • Good communicator, excellent listener, open to others’ ideas, loves to share

  • Experience working with RPA tools and methodologies

  • Good hands on knowledge of MS Excel & PowerBI

Desirable Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PowerBI

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Knowledge of Service Now
