Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for assisting in the technology and process enablement of Support & Deployment Services (SDS – Customer Service) team members and Customers. The successful candidate would serve as a connection point between the BEN (Business Enablement Network), business owners, functional Team and deployment /readiness leads to ensure impacted users are fully prepared for upcoming changes.

  • Develop and implement a change management enablement plan which will include; Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Communications, Training, and User Adoption

  • Ensure alignment of R&A Management activities with overall project timeline and plan

  • Lead planning, development, and execution of R&A activities and deliverables

  • Track and report key milestones, dependencies, raise risks/issues and discuss remediation plan with project Team

  • Develop key adoption Metrics - determine data source, baseline, and targets

  • Drive adoption with impacted Business

  • Support BEN in enablement events post go-live (e.g. Roundtables/Ask the Expert); involve SME where applicable

  • Create supplementary communications/training materials to be distributed globally (e.g. Job Aids; FAQ)

Essential Requirements

  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to translate technical messaging to non technical audience

  • 3+ years project management experience

  • Change management experience

  • Strong organisational skills, managing multiple deliverables and deadlines

  • Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable Requirements

  • Project Management Certification

  • Salesforce Knowledge

  • Creative skills

  • Familiar with managing Inside Dell pages/intranet sites

  • Good Understanding of the SDS (Customer Service) Remote and Field Organisation

  • 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors’ degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PHD without experience; or equivalent experience
