Innovative projects that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Project and Program Management within Business Support ensure projects run seamlessly, from start to finish. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role will deliver in the capacity of a Global Program Senior Advisor and will report to the functional leader within the Strategy Function of Service Operations

  • Drive Global Standardisation and Changes across complex stakeholders, in multiple geographys.

  • Global “As Is” Process Ownership – complete current state vs desired state gap assessments, including material flow studies.

  • Design solutions that will effectively deliver optimization to Services Supply Chain

  • Using lean methodologies to drive process improvements, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes

  • Perform value stream mapping

  • Conduct reviews and readouts with Exec audience.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation (Exec level) skillset

  • Experience in leading process improvement projects and driving value stream mapping exercise and / or Kaizen events required

  • A demonstrated ability to work both individually and in a collaborative global team environment.

  • Strong program management skillset and requirements gathering mind-set.

  • Supply Chain Operations knowledge

  • Financial Acumen
