Cybersecurity Senior Engineer – Public Cloud Security

What you’ll achieve
Cybersecurityteam membershave responsibility for providing thought leadership across security technology areas and aligning with both the business and cybersecurity objectives. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to initiatives across Cybersecurity, and work as a member of a larger team that focuses on priority-driven items which change based on need.
Deploy and managetechnologies for enforcement ofsecuritycontrolsacross multiplecloudplatforms
Leverage scripting, automation and configuration management tools to accelerate thesecure adoption of public cloudwithin DellTechnologies
Design, develop, implement, and maintain large-scale systems, across multipleon-premises and cloudenvironments
Work across global teams and business units to understand application and network architecture and behavior and design and deploy adequatecontrols
Provide consulting services to application owners, IT, and business teams to enhance security and protection controls forpublic cloud-basedworkloads
Work in collaborative team environment utilizing Agile development methodologies and principles, mentoring teammates, and learning cross functional skills to support a range of technologies as a productoffering
Provide dedicated support to Special Events (Sales, webcasts, etc.)
Monitor for incidents and alerts and provide response and support to address activeevents

5+ years of professional experiencesecuring or administeringmulti-account/subscriptionpublic cloud environments(AWS, Azure, GCP)
In-depth knowledge, experience and deep understanding ofpublic cloud environmental configuration
Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) knowledge as well as othercloud nativedata logging and collection platforms(CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Azure Monitor, etc.)
Cloud Workload Protection Platform (CWPP) or Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) experience
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technicalissues
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on technical writing skills and the ability to explain complex problems to nontechnicalteams
Ability to build effective relationships with people at alllevels, customer-oriented with a strong interest in customer satisfaction
