Exciting opportunity to help lead the market in benefits strategy, well-being, and automation of administration across EMEA region, driving excellent employee experiences and HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Role will report into the US but also support EMEA benefits leader in region.

  • Role will have strong direct accountabilities for specific countries and pan-region/global programs.

Work Activities:

In this role, employee will support regional benefits lead through:

  • Development of a pan-EMEA approach to stronger governance and management of benefits in partnership with global broker.

  • Development of design proposals and go-to-market strategies for designated countries

  • Lead benefits automation in assigned countries, in partnership with regional HR Operations.

  • Support EMEA well-being strategy, leveraging global tactics, developing in region appropriate complementary solutions, and partnering with site based teams to enable their success

  • Support EMEA M&A/legal entity activities as needed

  • Provide consulting and business partnering with HR and business leaders to achieve company objectives while providing competitive benefits for team members

  • Develop, implement and communicate benefits policies and programs

  • Manage strategic regional vendor partners

  • Lead market/competitive/cost assessment of benefits in assigned countries in regular reviews with corporate leaders

  • Ensure company compliance with applicable legal and government regulations associated with benefits

  • Design & ensure business controls around benefits are operating effectively to drive efficiency, proper decision making & oversight, and external compliance


•Typically requires 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Masters degree; or equivalent experience

Technical strength and experience managing benefit programs and administration

•Strong financial analytical skills

•Strong negotiation and influencing skills

•Solid business acumen

•Strong knowledge of principles and practices of benefits programs, compensation and HR practices to adhere to local country law,employment and labor law and works councils or governing bodies in country

•Strong vendor, project and program management skills

•Good understanding of HRIS system processes and web-enabled tools

•Proven and effective consulting skills

•Entrepreneurial instincts, ability to identify opportunities and advance global benefits agenda in ambiguous environment

•Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

•Excellent customer service and commitment to solving problems

•Team player and facilitator of team work

•Strong knowledge between data and complex processes in order to facilitate projects forward (systems thinking skills).

•Strong information management and exchange skills, gathering, processing and reporting data.

•Excellent analytical, problem solving and organization skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Ability to conduct presentations at diverse levels (employees/executives)

•Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks

•Demonstrates strong initiative and is self-managed

•Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
