As HRBP you will be responsible for a variety of human resources strategic initiatives, programs and policies, often encompassing several areas, including organisational development, operations, compensation, benefits, leadership development and employee training. The contributions of this role fundamentally impact the business processes, results and overall efficiency of both people and operations. In particular you will:
Consult and partner with management on HR topics such as people development, performance management, compensation assessments, coaching, employee relations matters etc.
Manage pre-employment transaction processing for new hires and promotions/transfers. This includes interacting with candidates on pre-employment inquiries and preparing offer letters.
Support work permit processing including business visits, short terms and long term assignments.
Manage Pivotal onboarding process including new joiner orientation, equipment provisioning, immigration controls, enrollment of benefits and handling all onboarding enquiries.
Provide sound advice on workplace policies & procedures and share knowledge appropriately on applicable legislation
Be an advocate for employee health and wellness and ensure we meet our obligations within the legislation to ensure the safety of self and others
Required Skills / Experience
5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources in the UK, preferably in the technology industry and high growth environment
Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation
Empathy, emotional intelligence and a passion for people
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Display and maintain a high level of sound judgement and confidentiality
Analytical mind-set with and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent English both verbal and written
Positive attitude with ability to function in an unstructured, highly dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Experience in change management strategies and tactics together with project management skills
Desired Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business / Human Resources
Well developed consulting skills
Ability to influence all levels of leadership
Strong business acumen
