Our Product Specialists get to know a limited number of specialized products and services inside and out. As well as selling them directly, we’re called in to identify and support opportunities within particular customer accounts. We are the difference makers.
Achieve the financial plan for Dell Speciality Client Solutions business in his/ her region with particular focus on ramping our Precision Workstation and Rugged products.
Market knowledge and understanding (products/competitors/trending). Possess a competitive knowledge of Dell’s Client product portfolio, able to articulate how Dell’s Client products differ from our leading competitors.
Comprehensive sales plan to drive profitable growth of Dell Speciality portfolio for defined territor. Target, qualify and drive sales campaigns around our Speciality Client products in a defined territory.
Regular visit to key customers, promoting the products and building pipeline to close new opportunities (at existing dell customers and new acquisition customers) in close cooperation with the core Dell sales team.
Engage on business level discussions with Dell top management team in assigned territory and be able to articulate his/her growth strategy , goals, requirements. Ability to handle complexity, to easily engage and collaborate with multiple sales teams.
7+ years outside sales experience and 3-5 years of experience in client products.
Experience in B2B and Channel, working with all segments. Focused engagement experience in GCCS, Large Commercial and Public desirable
Knowledge of technical products, vendors, and families of technologies
Candidate must be able to work effectively, independently and with existing sales teams.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong written and oral communications skills, exemplary selling skills, and good time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Presentation skills experience. Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and SFDC
