Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing and driving a team of 10 WSG specialists and who serve as primary sellers for client workforce transformation solutions focused entirely in our UK Enterprise sector.

The role will report directly into the UK WSG leader.

You will

oAct as the leader of the UK South and City sales team responsible for the growth of WSG solutions business in the UK market - delivering revenue, margin, operating expense (OPEX) and productivity targets

oBuild, develop, manage and inspire the team ; be responsible for the hiring, staffing, career development and maintaining of a diverse and effective sales organization.

oAssess how to best integrate the WSG value proposition with overall Dell Technologies proposition and help develop the best common global strategy.

oManage expectations and communication to senior leadership team in the country in a matrix environment for engaging and delivering success in the business.

oEstablish regular interlocks across various internal and partner resources

o8-12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience ·

o Successful track record in a similar capacity in selling complex solutions, proven track record in delivering exceptional sales results

oSharp business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and experience desirable.

oAcumen for storytelling, presentation and visioning , Executive/CxO level engagement and relationship building

oGood balance between strategic agility and operational execution
