The Services Solutioning Team is responsible for the co-ordination and creation of custom Statements of Work for our commercial and enterprise customers. Spanning Support, Deploy and Consult lines of business.

It takes deep technical knowledge to create architectural designs that exceed service requirements. We’re skilled in analyzing the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs and general business environment to create technical system solutions. Our expertise includes integrating hardware, processes, methodologies and software into the customer environment. Our IT Architecture team within Professional Services are experts in package customization and integration as well as total, end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.
Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications and/or process designs for custom solutions.
Analyses customer requirements and designs solutions to meet the customer objectives and balances the needs of sales and delivery to design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.
Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modelling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables.
Participates in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposals.
Serves as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers
Customer focussed, with strong communications skills and Dealing with constant business transformation
Participates or leads in customer presentations at the senior leadership level or higher
Business Process Improvement Skills
Leads the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution; leads overall technical implementation for large and complex engagements
Leads research, discovery, planning and implementation efforts to improve business processes
Ability to work with sales, services sales, delivery & legal in a collaborative partnership.
Ability to work effectively with management and to influence others to achieve results.
Advanced understanding of services related processes and technologies
Experience with managing complex large scale implementations
Experience working as part of a leveraged global implementation(s)
