Dell EMC are seeking a Workforce Transformation Architect with a specific background in Unified Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical consultancy services, including solution design, either in stand-alone consulting engagements or as a member of a large project team.
Manage customer discovery workshops and work independently to develop / design bespoke Unified Communications solutions.
Work alongside Project Managers on implementation plans that ensure delivery is on time, of appropriate quality and that delivers an outstanding customer experience (in alignment with Dell EMC standards and ethics).
Perform Design Authority or work stream leadership in larger projects.
Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the sales organization and contribute to bid / RFP / RFQ responses as required.
Mentor and carry out quality review audits of the work of less experienced technical consultants.
Write analytical, design and operational handover documents.
Actively participate in evolving the Dell EMC comms and collab solution portfolio, inputting to the strategic direction, as well as offer and IP development.
Represent Dell Services in an appropriate professional, ethical and competent manner.
Demonstrable experience of deploying solutions based on Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business and decommissioning legacy environments.
Demonstrable experience of migrations including Skype for Business (including PBX to SfB Enterprise Voice migrations) and ideally Teams.
Knowledge of Lync (2007 / 2010 / 2013), Skype for Business 2015, Office 365 (incl Skype for Business online / Hybrid), MS Exchange (2007-2016)
Proven Consulting delivery experience ideally including project delivery within a multi-disciplinary team.
Effective communicator (Consultative aural skills and written skills).
Confident in briefing and / or presenting to customers (to IT Director level); sales teams and management.
Ability to prioritise multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
Good understanding of organisational change management, specifically to drive business value through effective user adoption techniques and initiatives.
Ability to talk knowledgeably about industry and market trends.
Knowledge of the wider Office 365 suite
Experience of mass deploying 3PIP phones (Polycom)
Experience of using voice migration tools (Unimax, Univonix, etc.)
Experience of using network assessment tools (IR, Nectar, etc.)
Knowledge of SQL migrations
Experience of Powershell scripting
