We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Operations professional to become the business partner to the GTM EMEA Director for Consulting Sales.
This is a hands-on role where you will provide strategic, business operational, financial direction & guidance to the team. You will help drive the achievement of business objectives, and the operational and financial processes.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a self-motivated, resilient, results-driven mentality with high levels of energy, flexibility and commitment to deliver both personal and business objectives. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Ability to analyze complex data to inform decision making. Proactive and a good eye for detail. Ability to develop, motivate, and retain a high performing team.
Drives Operational excellence and process simplification in all FinOps processes and systems to better support the business
Ensuring compliance with Corporate, Practice and Geographic policies and procedures, as well as Rules of Engagement.
Establishes necessary internal controls and procedures so as to protect the company’s assets
Qualified Accountant with 5+ years post qualification experience
Proven track record in business partnering
Good understanding of a Services Business; the Operational KPI’s, the Project Lifecycle and Project P&L
Revenue Recognition experience
Drive for execution and results driven.
Ability to manage a team in a matrix organization and with multiple stakeholders.
