What you’ll achieve
As a Consultant, DTS RTB, you will help drive and measure $10 billion in revenue across the top accounts in Dell Technologies. The DT Select Run the Business team acts as a strategic partner to our DT Select Operations and Sales teams by assisting in outlook and KPI reporting to monitor the health of our business. Additionally, this role will require someone who thrives working in a fast paced and growth-oriented function and who can lead teams to successful outcomes.
Use sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs
Develop, design, and monitor operational sales tools, tasks, and programs
Coordinate communication and disseminate information to sales force
Guide process improvement programs
Evaluate and recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods

Advises Global DTS Sales and GBO leader on business issues with facts, insights, and analysis across both direct and indirect go-to-market motions
Leads core plan & run processes to drive execution across several stakeholders
Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals.
Structures and evaluates business problem, designs and implements actionable recommendation, and tracks success metrics. Leads executive conversations.
Drive operational efficiency and best practices across people, processes and tools
Develop and lead managers and direct team members. Hire, develop and retain a large remote team.
Analyzes and forecasts business and market trends.
Able to appropriately do storytelling with robust data to executives
10+ Years of Experience, Undergraduate degree and MBA
Strong background in related disciplines (Sales, Sales Operations, Finance) including delivery on business goals and strategy
Specific RTB role experience at Dell and familiarity with GBO processes and tools
Ability to design, build, automate and deliver sophisticated analytics and insights including leading resources and teams with technical skills.
Experience building and leading high-performance, nimble, analytically rigorous, geographically dispersed global teams of double digits, including people managers
Strong executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate the right level of information to executives and cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and shifting priorities while maintaining a high degree of organization and focus.
