Sales U Coach Program Lead – (Location: Boston Area, USA, Remote)

Role Overview

Sales Learning & Enablement seeking a collaborative, organized and strategic thinking individual to work directly with Sales and the Sales Learning & Enablement org to drive the adoption and successful use of the Dell Sales U Coach platform (powered by Allego) in our organization.

The Program Lead is a strong communicator, is highly motivated, organized and an engaged member of the team who can interact easily with sales leadership and sellers and respond quickly to ideas and opportunities to develop sales maker capability and share information via the Allego platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales L&E Leadership to understand the digital strategy for the org

  • Develop expertise in using Allego and existing technology solutions to drive Allego strategy, implementation and adoption

  • Work closely with Sales, L&E team members and our Allego Administrator to align Allego capabilities with overall training strategy and Programs. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Create a strategy to deliver more just-in-time sales training and coaching and practice opportunities

  • Import existing collateral into Allego

  • Ensure content is being pushed out on a timely basis to users

  • Deliver relevant assignments (e.g. flash drills) and shape custom scorecards for these assignments where applicable

  • Analyze Allego usage and the user experience through quantitative and qualitative methods

  • Engage business stakeholders to understand needs, showcase capabilities, drive adoption and coach on usage

  • Innovate creative uses for Allego to enhance new and existing training programs

  • Design and shape best practice materials for using Allego as part of the digital landscape that can be used to help guide content creation

  • Drive international roll out of Allego; engage key business partners in order to adhere to risk/control expectations, procedures and processes

  • Serve as team expert in the digital learning solutions space. Stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, functionality, and innovation to anticipate and accommodate shifts in needs and priorities.

  • Serve as Allego specialist in consultation with other businesses to share best practices, usage cases, and latest developments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in fast paced corporate environment

  • Proficiency and experience using digital platforms to drive business development desired

  • Keen interest in learning technology, training and continuous development

  • Team-oriented, actively participating to foster collaboration with peers

  • High energy, excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills

  • Ability to drive change including stakeholder analysis, communication plan and measurement strategy

  • Strong project management and planning skills

  • Proficient data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative) and ability to identify themes and trends

  • A strong learning orientation, in order to quickly acquire new techniques, tools and methods within a learning and development and coaching context

  • Strong ability to build senior level presentations and materials using PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Self-starter who is results-oriented with strong execution drive

  • B.A. degree in related field; advanced degree desirable
