It’s hard to put a price on driving human progress, but when you’re operating in a competitive business environment, you need innovative pricing strategies. Our Pricing team within Sales Operations is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating these strategies. We conduct research and competitive pricing analysis and monitor the ongoing business environment to ensure Dell maintains a competitive market position.

The TLA Operations Team is a fast-paced organization responsible for driving accretive growth for both EMC and Dell Technologies. We're looking for people who love to win, have strong business ethics and great communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent end-to-end operational support to Sales teams for TLA business in the Americas

  • Ensure TLA deal coordination with Sales, GRA, Legal, Pricing and other stakeholder teams

  • Resolve complex problems associated with TLA opportunities impacting Sales, customers, partners and other internal stakeholders

  • Communicate and educate Sales on TLA offering features, policies, and focus areas

  • Update leadership on TLA opportunities and overall status of the business

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-10 year’s work experience

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and can build positive relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Looking for leaders with a resilient work ethic who are mature, confident, reliable and coachable

  • Financially literate & understand pricing as it relates to product, maintenance & margin of the TLA offering

  • Ability to influence others and have the capability to convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi task multiple requests from Sales within tight frames

  • High reaching over-achiever

  • A fast thinker and problem solver, who can turn ideas into actions

  • Negotiation and influence skills; confidence in handling objections and driving productive meetings

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working closely with software Sales teams

  • Sales operations, pricing and revenue recognition experience

  • Familiarity with creating, amending and discussing software contracts

  • Sales experience and/or an interest in Sales a plus
