What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.
Manage a high number of small accounts and occasionally support Outside sales
Function as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution
Learn our segment and product/service offerings. Focus on new account development and/or expand existing accounts
Position our company as a driven solution by explaining technical, industry and market information
Join and collaborate with your colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process

Basic knowledge of the full range of company and third-party technology (Ideally Desktops, Laptops, Peripherals, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, or Networking), products and services, and how these products and services align to customer needs
Basic customer relationship skills
1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales
Intermediate English proficiency or above
- Graduate with typically 2+ years of relevant technical sales background preferred

This position demands being on the phone over 80% of the day and all the activities are conducted from the office, no travelling needed.
