As a Consulting Solutions Principal (CSP) Services Sales , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Consulting Services Portfolios focused on Application Transformation, IT Transformation, Business Resilience and Workforce Transformation and help grow Product drag business for Dell Technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

•Serve as the subject matter expert on Consulting services working directly with customers, core sales, delivery & solutioning teams in the development of the solution.

•Engages with opportunities based on their specific areas of expertise. This is a highly specialized technical role

•Gather, document and understand customer specific scope requirements and expectations for value based outcomes.

•Collaborate with other team members from delivery and solutioning to develop proposals and present technical services solutions to address customer requirements.

•Support technical discussions / onsite presentations with customers and internal stakeholder on the services portfolio.

•Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings

•Prepares detailed product specifications for the purpose of selling high end product and solutions. Conducts customer needs analysis.

•Coordinates internal specialists and inter-department activities. Assists sellers in creating demand for product.

•Focused on Application Transformation, IT Transformation, Business Resilience and Workforce Transformation

•Provides pre-sales technical support on Consulting services to field sales teams during the sales process.

•Provides technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers.

•Accountable for the technical validity and interoperability of consulting solutions based on the customer requirements and their desired business outcomes.

•Looks for and develops consulting opportunities in addition to those being supported.

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years of field sales experience. Sales history showing ability to sell consulting solutions in complex environments

  • Demonstrated ability to assist in formulating the customer’s long- term consulting strategic vision and our role as a strategic partner. Strong understanding of operational issues and solutions

  • Very strong technical and negotiation skills, not to mention financial strength . Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills

Desirable Requirements

Software knowledge, VMWARE, Virtualization, Containers, Microservices, Infrastructure as a Code, Big Data & Analytics, DevOps, Business Resilience, Microsoft and Communication & Collaboration skills and Multi-Cloud/IT infrastructure background (IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, SaaS)

Provides technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers. Accountable for the technical validity and interoperability of solutions based on the customer requirements and their desired business outcomes.
