Our New Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

Join us as an Analyst on our Dell Financial Services (DFS) New Business Operations Support team in Milan to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

The Dell Financial Services New Business Operations Team provides first class sales support to Dell Sales, DFS Sales and external dealers across 19 countries in EMEA. The Sales Support Team drives the sales pipeline from customer proposal through to contract booking while ensuring that all financial contracts are fully compliant.

What you’ll achieve

The New Business Operations team work very closely with Dell Sales and customers to ensure that all documentation required to support prompt credit decisioning and funding is obtained as efficiently as possible, while ensuring excellent service delivery throughout.

You will:

  • Provide sales operational support

  • Serve as interface for order status and liaise between the customer/partner and sales organization

  • Manage contract documentation and partner’s orders

  • Focus on delivering a positive customer or partner experience

  • Research customer or order problems and deliver solutions working cross-functionally to resolve

Essential Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar support function

  • Experience of delivering first class customer service against strict Service Level Agreement

  • Excellent administration and organizational skills

  • Have own initiative and be a strong team player as well as ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume transactional environment.

  • Prior leasing experience
