Responsible for a set of Services, they work with Customers and Partners closely to understand their business objectives, and provide a Services led approach for efficiency and effectiveness . Our Outside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from Services features and configurations, through to pricing and availability.

What you’ll achieve
As an Outside Sales Product Specialist, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.
Manage relationships with senior level Business leaders, Technology specialists and Key decision makers with Top Global Alliances partners and their customers
Demonstrate the value of a Services and Solutions to advance customer business objectives
Lead the conversation with a focus on Digital Transformation
Provide insight and thought leadership to Global Alliance Partners and customers, concerning applicability of highly complex products and services
Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives

Advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
Knowledge of the Alliances business market, and extensive working experience with key partners.
Demonstrate experience of working in large complex Transformation projects via Partners.
Excellent understanding of Technology product and Solutions (Storage, Networking, PCs, Servers, Converged and Hyper-converged Infrastructure)
Ability to present during industry events, liaise with CxOs and lead Technology and business led conversations.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
• Over 14 years of related experience in a relationship selling role
• Bachelor’s degree
