Role Responsibilities:

  • Focus on developing relationships with customers in Dell's Global 500 sales segment (Fortune 500 and similar organizations)

  • Responsible for partnering with your Field counterparts, creating strategic account plans, and executing as a team in order to sell the full catalog of products and services via telephone and in some cases, face to face.

  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of an area managing processes, programs and/or initiatives

  • Manages a staff of professional level team members or manages a team through lower level supervisors

  • Defines roles and responsibilities

  • Contributes to standards around which others will operate

  • Establishes and influences operating policies

  • Plans for an area's future needs and operations

  • Leads program execution


  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 2 + years leadership experience

  • Understands customer's business environment from both an industry and vertical perspective

  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • Strong multi-tasking ability

  • Undergraduate degree and 6+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4+ years relevant experience
