Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying specific training requirements for individual New Hires alongside Sales Managers, and implement effective known coaching methods to develop and consistently improve sales reps skill sets.

  • Side by Side coaching & training of our new hire community, getting individuals to the required performance within a specific timeframe.

  • Advance planning and scheduling of group and individual training while work closely with supporting functions such as product specialists to enhance overall sales process as well as driving positive customer experience at point of sale.

  • The regular monitoring of calls for best sales practice coaching.

  • Comprehensive documented constructive feedback to coaches with a strong emphasis on positive learning outcomes and performance improvement.

  • Leverage the reporting structure in place to show KPI areas of focus and expected improvements as a result of training and coaching programs delivered on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Design and delivery of coaching and training programs in line with business objectives, targets and goals as well as designing & proposing drivers, motivators & Spiffs to drive best practice and deliver results.

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant sales experience and 2+ years experience in the Global Client & Compute Business segment with a strong knowledge of the end to end Sales Process

  • Track record of consistently exceeding targets and Key Performance Indicators in an inside sales role and/or coaching role.

  • Be ambitious, target driven and be used to exceeding a range of KPIs.

  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships easily as well as strong personal organizational and time management skills and excellent listening skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Highly passionate, with an ability to empathize with coaches by seeing things from their perspective, and understanding their motivations and goals as well as highly energetic, positive can do attitude in all interactions, coupled with a desire to help others achieve their goals.
