Our primary responsibility is to sell Dell Financial Services products and services including Leasing and Revolving Credit lines. We are responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls along with emails to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships and market share with existing and new customers. DFS team members function as support specialists to Dell sales teams (inside & outside). We focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts. We consistently work towards achievement of a quota. Regular interaction with the inside and outside sales team is expected, along with timely responses to customer inquiries. Must excel in a team environment and be able to manage a large number of customer accounts. Required to coach others in closing complex deals. Team members are expected to organize internal/external resources in response to customer and partner needs.

The Financial Services Account Manager role involves identifying opportunities and adding revenues for Dell Financial Services.

  • Achievement of sales and profitability KPI’s. Increase volume and penetration rate of leasing within Dell

  • Establish credibility in the business unit and display knowledge with the Dell sales teams and their managers. Work with Dell management to agree upon appropriate strategies, penetration rates, incentives, and training requirements in order to drive business growth

  • To coach, train and develop Dell Internal and External sales reps, leaders, and executives to the standards set by DFS

  • To produce business forecasts as required by your manager

  • To manage and control all customer and Dell satisfaction issues in line with company guidelines, ensuring that any customer issues are swiftly and professionally resolved

  • To review performance levels with Sales managers ensuring objectives are set and agreed upon

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achievement in a dynamic, target driven environment

  • Knowledge of financial products, i.e., loans, capital and operating leases

  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and Financial Services market

  • CIO and CFO level negotiating and solution selling skills

  • Account Management skills

  • Strong business acumen - must understand the sales process, roles and responsibilities of the interrelated functions of the business, and can read, report, evaluate and react to metrics & measurements

  • Experience using a CRM tool

  • 3+ years of applicable work experience in sales / finance / and or leasing
