Not even ground-breaking products sell themselves. That’s the job of our inside sales professionals. They take to market a product portfolio that includes PCs, electronics, accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software. Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets. Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.
-Manages a team or multiple teams of sales reps / could be a second level manager
-High level inside sales leader in business/vertical or site
-Trains and develops senior sales reps, may train junior managers
-Sets focus for inside team and helps set focus of vertical/business
-Carries a high complexity and revenue responsibility in a segment/vertical
-Advanced understanding of complexities of the environment and works internally to solve complex business issues
-May need to handle customer escalations ensuring resolution of the issues by driving the best customer experience
-Strong ability to set priorities and keep team focused on the important tasks
-Strategic thinker with strong ability to build sales forecasts
-Drives training and development plans for organization. Motivates and drives performance.
-Executive level presence
-Good understanding of the customer/industry climate
-Typically requires 4+ years managerial/leadership experience
