Dell Regional Sales Director - New York / New Jersey / Boston (Remote) in New Jersey

This position will be Remote and the ideal candidate will be based in New York, New Jersey or Boston.

The Regional Sales Director will take care of a large territory. As well as driving the sale of ground-breaking products and services to existing accounts of strategic importance, they manage sales teams at all levels. Ultimately, they make sure a whole region or nation benefits from an approach to sales that is truly world-class.
-Directly oversees a team of Data Center Solutions Executives
-Understands and implements strategic direction of the direct sales organization
-Drives strategic account management and pipeline development
-Leads team’s business acumen and customer knowledge
-Develops and trains Data Center Solutions Executives
-Manages complex accounts and/or account teams
-Able to translate strategic objectives into business plan
-Assists with development of training and development plans for the organization
-Expert understanding of customer/industry climate
-High level of solutions and technical knowledge
-Typically 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
-Typically requires 7+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
