Dell Deploy Country Lead (f/m) - Benelux in Nieuwegein, Netherlands

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Deploy Country Lead is responsible for the delivery and profit&loss of the SDS deployment delivery organization for Benelux. Works closely together with the Project Management lead manager and Technical Resource lead manager to operationally run the SDS deployment business in the region.

By being a supportive, confident team player yet resilient to client resistance, you will be able to strike a balance between being open to other’s suggestions whilst demonstrating confident, professional expertise. You will need to be persistent and relentless in your pursuit of perfection, but remain calm when under tremendous pressure (sometimes!). We require our DO to support the services and sales organization by managing the P&L of your specific territory, own the sales relationship, Support the Sales organization, Support the PM and customer relationship.

Responsabilities

  • Pipeline analysis, Involved in identifying prospects going to tender and deal with planning

  • Support sales Services and Sales organization on Product knowledge, Customer relationship

  • Leadership directly or by influence SDS PM Team organization on his Territory

  • Support SDS Booking

  • Own the Business development in his territory

  • Own the Financial / business acumen to manage the P&L

  • Own responsibility for the Revenue management : Outlook and actual for his territory

  • Own responsibility for the Cost Management : Outlook and actual for his territory

  • Work closely with PDM, Tech Lead and PMs

  • Is the SPOC for all Sales, Presales and Sales services relationship

  • Is the SPOC for Escalation and management decisions

  • Is responsible in order to set priorities and take decisions in case of conflicts

  • Is responsible for approving proposal before going to customer accordingly with the approval matrix

  • Is responsible for system update accuracy

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Negotiation skills with clients and third parties at all levels

  • Experience in a client-focused environment in a professional services or consultancy role

  • Candidates with experience in written bids/presentation that win recurring revenue

  • Experience in creating/managing P&L

  • Experienced in leading by influence

  • Good understanding of contractual requirements

  • Track record in working with Professional Services Organization

  • Teamwork

  • Project management background

  • Propel and Lightspeed skill

  • Up to 50% traveling

  • Report to the SDS West director
