What you’ll achieve

The Product Manager serves as an advisor to the Enterprise Business Intelligence organization in matters of strategy, financial management, and communication. The PM Advisor will ensure the overall health of the organization, while providing guidance in the areas of staffing, personnel, communication, and operations. They will drive the organization to outcomes by navigating a wide range of individuals including executives, managers, and individual contributors.

You will:

  • Assist with communication and execution of strategic initiatives

  • Monitor KPI progress to ensure that organizational goals are met, benchmarks are set, while continually re-evaluating and adjusting as needed

  • Partner with department heads and senior leaders to help achieve the strategic business goals

  • Provide data points to leaders to aid in decision making that creates medium and long-term improvement

  • Track financials to aid in the creation of and adherence to the organization’s budget

  • Assist EBI leadership in staff related matters

Essential Requirements

  • Strong portfolio management experience including headcount planning and financial tracking

  • Excellent organization and communication skills; Clear and concise communication, the ability to summarize complex concepts simply

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal direction and oversight

  • Must have:

  • 7+ years of Business Operations experience with demonstrated planning and organizational skills

  • The ability to manage data at a detailed level but to summarize at an executive level

  • Ability to prioritize large amounts of work

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills

  • Mindset to think differently; alignment to industry standards

  • Good to have: Basic concepts of Big Data technologies

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelors degree

  • Experience in working in Agile (SCRUM) Methodology
