Consultant, Business Transformation Program Manager

Transformation Program Management is a worldwide team that’s vital to the ongoing evolution of Dell Technologies. It has an impact on users, processes, technology and organizational change in business units right across the company. We lead on global, enterprise-wide, foundation programs, often valued above $50M, that use the Engineering Program Management protocol. What you’ll achieve

As a Business Transformation Consultant you will be responsible for leading transformation core consisting of cross functional teams tasked with defining business processes and additional system capabilities to enable products in sales tools. You will work with cross-functional teams including sales enablement teams.

You will:

  • Determine impacts to key functional areas

  • Align business adoption schedule of key capabilities with product release schedules

  • Offer structure to support order management processes and tools

  • Weekly communications with key stakeholders and leadership

  • Document and enable net-new capabilities in tools and processes

  • End to end testing to validation automated and manual processes

  • Sales change management support for new enablement products

  • Instrumentation analysis and reporting of launch KPI

  • Process stabilization for new capabilities

  • Knowledge transfer to run the business teams

Essential Requirements

  • Technical Undergraduate Degree or Business/Finance Undergraduate Degree

  • 8+ Years Experience with demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing Business/Process Transformation

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness at working level and senior leadership levels

  • Experience and/or expertise in at least 3 Functional business areas which could include Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, and/or Information Technology

Desirable Requirements

  • Technical Undergraduate Degree

  • Technical Masters Degree and/or MBA

  • Past experience leading cross-functional teams
