What you’ll achieve

This position is part of the ISG Major Initiatives and Business Operations team and will be responsible for leading the development and managing the implementation of the new One ISG investment process. You will work across the ISG organization, driving collaboration and alignment with critical stakeholders and executive leadership of teams such as Innovation, Solutions & Portfolio Management, Engineering & Development and Cloud & aaS Platform Engineering.

You will:

  • Programmatically orchestrate, execute and track the development and execution of the new investment decision process for ISG.

  • Develop rigorous strategic, analytical and operational frameworks to build a decision-making process and drive accountability in its execution.

  • Identify key stakeholders, build and lead a cross-functional core team and manage a rigorous working cadence to make consistent progress to have the process launched according to plan.

  • Design and lead the BMS for the process including Executive Governance forums.

Essential requirements

  • 7-10 plus years of relevant work experience in program and/or project management.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the team and across functional organizations to drive win-win solutions.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Dell processes and systems capabilities.

  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to produce actionable business analytics.

  • Exceptional business communication, content creation and strategic presentation skills.

  • Proven track record in delivering and managing multiple projects and priorities producing clear business results and demanding both rigorous attention to detail and high-level comprehensive solution.

  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, with high drive and tendency to take the lead to influence others, drive action and deliver results.

Desirable requirements

  • Domain expertise: ISG products and solutions (Storage, Servers, Networking, etc.)

  • Previous experience in organizations like Product Management, ISG Finance, Business Operations, or similar.

  • Expert knowledge across multiple Dell functions, tools and processes
