Sr. Consultant, Business Transformation Program Manager - Remote, US

Are you interested in joining an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional to join an influential and fast-moving team charged with redefining and transforming end to end processes to modernize core business processes across Dell Technologies?

As a member of the Dell Technologies Process Modernization & Transformation Team , your role will be as a Business Transformation Program Manager in our Business Transformation Organization.

What you’ll achieve

As a member of the Dell Technologies Process Modernization & Transformation Team, you will be charged with leading the process and policy definition for our Cloud operating model.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years’ experience in Business Transformation or equivalent with implementation of findings. This experience should have established strong and extensive analytical skills, use of modern analytics tools, domain expertise or rapid ability to establish depth in multiple core process areas, and strong business acumen required to understand business outcome level results. Direct team management and/or large scale cross functional team leadership with demonstrated results is also required. In addition, the ideal candidate must be passionate about customers and have the ability to link how modernization of our processes and tools will serve customers at the velocity they need with quantifiable transformation.

The role is integral to clearly document business requirements, architecture documents, and clear direction on features, stories and working with cross-functional team on tasks and testing to ensure business value is captured in an efficient manner.

Working directly with business and IT leadership and users down to the developer level is the scope and breadth of stakeholders that the individual will need to be proficient at collaborating with to ensure results are delivered.

Essential Requirements:

  • 15+ Years Experience with demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing Business/Process Transformation and/or Modernization that have delivered measurable results

  • Direct team management and/or large scale cross functional team leadership with demonstrated results is also required.

  • Experienced in business process improvement, identifying and documenting work as it’s delivered today and using recommendations and client input to create an ideal future state

  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, project and program management, interpersonal and client relationship skills, fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. SharePoint and Vision experience would be a plus)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness at working level and senior leadership levels

  • Experience and/or expertise in at least 3 Functional business areas which could include Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Services, and/or Information Technology

Desirable Requirements:

  • Technical Undergraduate Degree

  • Technical Masters Degree and/or MBA

  • Multiple Engagement Consulting Experience
