Sr. Engineering Program Management for VxRail Security Engineering team
Our Engineering Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials. And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business. Person also has the option to work at one of our prime sites in : Round rock/Austin, Hopkinton, MA, RTP, NC, Seattle and Santa Clara, CA.
What you’ll achieve
As an Engineering Program Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. Working closely with service, partners, corporate quality, manufacturing and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects. From design to delivery.
•Manage all aspects of the VxRail Security Program ensuring VxRail releases comply with Dell Security standards and requirement
•Responsible for coordinating and driving Security Development Lifecycle activities across multiple global engineering teams, ensuring continuous delivery of value to meet VxRail security and release milestones
•As a VxRail Security Champion, you will place new processes to improve interactions with the Dell Product Security Response Center (PSRC), resulting in improved response times for addressing reported product vulnerabilities • • • • ••Responsible for all the Engineering deliverables including well defined business requirements are scoped, sized, planned, scheduled, developed, tested and delivered on time
•Drive the Business and Technical Requirements, Dell Offer Lifecycle Process, Product Roadmap, Program Requirement Document, Agile Methodologies using SAFe, qTest, Confluence, MS Teams and EasyBI
•VxRail Engineering representative on the core team engaged with Corp. Quality, Services, Manufacturing, Education, Marketing, Support and Global Program Management to bring our business value to market

• Subject matter expertise in product development processes, product/solution areas and customer needs and usage
• Ability to build effective, high performance core product design teams and provide ongoing performance feedback to functional management
• Collaborate and manage the cross functional team to define the product/solution definition and requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
