It’s about making sure we offer customers the right features, experience, quality, schedule, cost, continuity of supply, service capability and financials. And when products and solutions are in development, it’s about driving everything from definition through to planning, development and launch across global development centers and multiple lines of business. What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Program Management Senior Advisor(Delivery Manager) you’ll manage Flexible Consumption, Data Center Utility & Managed Services Data Center Utility contracts and teams to deliver products and solutions to internal/external customers. You will influence all cross-functional, Worldwide core teams, kick off contracts, establish schedules, drive meetings, develop and foster customer relationships. Our customers include everything from financial institutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers and everything in between. It’s an exciting role with opportunities to develop new strategies for how you will deliver our service. This role played a vital role with the development of the COVID vaccine, and the team was proud to be able to help mankind.
Report on, and be responsible for P&L Performance(meeting/exceeding margin expectations)
Capital Expense Forecast & Management throughout the quarters, and years.
Deliver on contract executables including: Reporting on SLA/SLO’s, delivery of equipment within specified timeframes, and on time and accurate monthly invoicing.
The Delivery Manager(DM) will be required to understand the contract holistically, with focus on product offerings, Terms, Billing, Cost structure, Service level knowledge, measurements, and penalties/credits.

10 to 15 years related experience in this or similar role
Develop and maintain strong customer relationship: For this role, you must be personable, able to handle difficult customer situations, and resolve those situations resulting in a satisfied customer.
Excellent Oral & Written Skills: The DM will present account status to the customer & the Dell Executive Leadership team.
Experience with and the ability to understand contract language
Experience with P&L statements, and an understanding on how to manage a P&L
Bachelor’s degree or higher / work experience equivalent
Ability to work remotely and within a dispersed global team
Escalation experience with an understanding of when to escalate
Technical knowledge – Storage, Backup, & Compute
