Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with business functions to define reporting requirements

  • Engage with BMS / GRC to determine available data sources

  • Validate data quality•Review reports & reconcile results with central / corporate team

  • Enable end-users with access/visibility

  • Establish key metrics & data sources

  • Collect, integrate, & modify data for analysis

  • Generate analysis & derive results in the form of reports, visualizations, & dashboards•

  • identify additional sales opportunities•Review business insights & analytics with sales

  • Gather underlying data necessary for operational meetings

  • Generate reports & perform operational analysis•Run/Attend sales & operations meetings / staff calls to review current status

  • Manage stakeholders & drive alignment on "state of the business"

  • Consolidate outlook rollup reporting

  • Document status & next steps of key deals•Reconcile actuals & "to go" reports & perform analysis for sales

  • Attend outlook/forecast calls with sales managers

  • Review outlook with other sales orgs for alignment (specialty, functions, etc.)

  • Generate pipeline forecast reporting & perform analysis for sales

  • Review analysis & forecasts with sales teams

  • Provide insight to sales on pipeline health & accuracy

  • Support sales with onboarding, training, & education for pipeline management•Support sales with policy, process & technology design for pipeline management

Essential Requirements

  • 5 years + in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Finance roles

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

  • Executive presence - abiility to communicate with senior leaders

  • Knowledge of DellEMC GTM and Strategy beneficial.
