What you’ll achieve
The Program Manager (PM) is the ISG CoC business role responsible for the design and management of programs that target new and existing buyers specific to the workloads we focus on (SAP, Oracle, SQL, DA, AI, HPC) with a lens on our Extended Technologies portfolio. The PM will collaborate with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to drive alignment around goals and how to best utilize all the members of the go-to-market value chain. This includes coordination with sales, marketing, alliance partners, and other CoC team members.
• Collaborate with a diverse set of teams across Dell Technologies, including professional services, partner/channel and financial services to create an end-to-end marketing message
• Create high-impact internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our services
• Develop programs to drive sales through clear, high-impact product information
• Develop unique sales awareness campaigns for strategic offers, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams on the launch and promotion of new and existing services
• Understand market trends and the details of the data center infrastructure services market, as well as being the expert on competition

Experienced Management Consultant and/or Strategic plus Operational Planner
Advanced understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products and competitor offerings
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation & cross-functional engagement abilities; strong executive presence
Ability to deliver quality results to deadlines
Demonstrated career of success in working in cross functional/regional teams & project management
Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a strong drive for results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Capability to lead, motivate and influence others to achieve results
8 to 12 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Software marketing and/or technology industry experience
