Dell is seeking a Order Management Manager 1 to be part of our team in, Oklahoma City.
Dell is hiring Order Management M anager who Leads and manages Global Service Delivery Management personnel responsible for the delivery of contracted services to customers and meeting financial commitments. Builds in-depth knowledge of clients' priorities, challenges and initiatives and becomes a trusted Advisor. Identifies potential sales opportunities and help coordinate efforts with sales and Global Services SMEs to pursue opportunities. Maintains awareness of all service matters and manage customer during high priority escalations. Develops strategic account growth plan along with sales and Global Services SMEs.
Principal Responsibilities Responsible for managing small group of
Delivery Management team members
Responsible for small sized accounts
Support role in managing customer relationships
Mentors team members on delivery management best practices and process improvement opportunities
Account assignments and asset responsibility small in scope (smaller dollar value and smaller accounts)
Manages and controls expense for team while ensuring resource optimization
Manages a small number of third-party partners in the successful delivery of technical solutions
Ensures team achieves performance and customer services metrics
Assists in problem solving escalations to maintain strong customer experience levels
Responsible for delivering in a semi- matrixed non-global delivery model
Education and Experience Typically 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Typically requires 0+ years managerial/leadership experience
