Sr. Specialist, Order Management-Oklahoma City

Dell is seeking Sr. Order Management Specialists to be part of our team in, Oklahoma City.

Dell is hiring Sr. Order Management Specialist individuals who takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting order management projects and communicating results

  • Liaison with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain information for analysis

  • Generates reports and recommendations based upon analysis and presents data to leadership

  • Regularly briefs leadership on the status of orders to be processed

  • Involved in escalations, reporting, analysis

  • May monitor online pricing and configuration management

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong understanding of the order management process

  • Strong understanding of corporate systems and processes

Preferred

  • Requires 4+ years of related or experience

  • Undergraduate degree and 0-2 year’s relevant experience.
