Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve targets by selling Dell EMC's range of solutions using outbound calling, consultative and influencing selling techniques to create results for Dell EMC, our distributors.

  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders

  • Answer inbound emails and phone calls from internal and external customers

  • Work closely with outside sales representatives and distributors to acquire new opportunities

  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calling and marketing activities to generate activity

Essential Requirements

  • Good understanding of compute technology - preferably with some experience in the field

  • A good understanding of both the private and public sector in Norway

  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Results-oriented team player along with a self-driven personality

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
