Sales Director - Enterprise & Corporate Segment

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Director, you will manage a team of experienced and highly driven sales account executives, responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great experience for existing and potential customers

You will:

• Leading a ONE team where every team member and supporting team members (inside sales, specialty – and solution architect team members) are being included and supported

• Providing direction, development and inspiration to team members.

• Lead from the front by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

• Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team by being an enabler of the an inclusive, diverse and winning team spirit

• Leading weekly forecast meetings.

• Driving pipeline generation initiatives to maximise revenue generating opportunities for the customer account(s)

Essential Requirements

• Extensive sales experience and demonstrated experience in Digital Transformation sales

• Ability to influence and secure strong collaboration with other teams in a matrix organisation

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships internally and externally

• Experience working with customers at C-Level
