You will:

Analyze reporting and integration needs, identify gaps, formulate solutions, implement required configuration changes in back-end and front-end. Implement required changes to a set of critical marketing tools, to meet customer data quality, transport or availability goals. Work closely with program managers in meeting their data needs and understanding data requirements. Control and analyze integration processes, articulate recommendations to achieve better overall data quality and improve reporting output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise on Marketing Automation tools or products and support for a set of critical Customer Data Management tools and Marketing Automation Platforms

  • Help creating & enforcing data & process governance around Customer Data platforms

  • Work with Marketing Product Owners to define and analyze problems

  • Consider the implications of business solutions to the current and future environment

  • In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings

Essential Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Data / Process Analytics / Reporting / Marketing Automation Tools Management

  • Database design and data analysis skills in SQL

  • Product ownership or development experience with front-end tools

  • Task orientation & self-organization

  • Strong communication, written and verbal presentations in English

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in global or remote Services/Business support type of environment

  • Experience in CRM or Customer-related data management / analytics / process management / Marketing Automation Platforms
