Finance Corporate Communications Intern

What you’ll achieve

As an Intern Undergraduate, you must be resourceful, strategic and a creative thinker and demonstrate subject matter expertise in engaging employees within the finance team in various activities . You will manage and engage with executive internal clients on different communications programs globally

You will:

  • Assist comms leads and functional teams to develop and execute strategic communications plan and frameworks aligned to Dell CFO strategy and objectives

  • Engage in execution of events for the executives he/she supports to connect team members with their leaders on a regular basis

  • Provide support to communications and event production/technical components for 1-3 annual domestic and/or global leadership conferences per year

  • Contribute to maintenance process to keep the overall CFO L&D organization marketing materials up to date (including website, presentations, newsletters, documents, etc.)

Essential Requirements

• Ongoing undergraduate course work (Expected Grad Date Dec 2022)

• Advanced English level

• Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Background identifying and measuring communications metrics

  • Proficiency with the following software/technologies preferred: MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience and knowledge in creating and maintaining an internal executive blog, podcast, video production, Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Designer or other electronic forum a plus
