Inside Product Specialist IV - NOLA EUC TSR

The End User Computing TSR is responsible for selling a defined set of CS products and services. EUC TSR provides technical advice to the sales teams during the sales process and is accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, services that address customer needs or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity.

The End User Computing TSR is a quota carrying salesperson focused on driving the sale of Dell’s Enterprise class Client portfolio. This person will work along with the core team to identify accounts that represent the highest value to Dell specific to the client portfolio. The EUC TSR must be capable sharing Dell End User Computing Point of view. This would include Dell Client Portfolio, Client Security, Systems Management, Cloud Client and Mobility point of view. The EUC TSR will target, qualify and drive sales campaigns around a variety of end user compute solutions in a defined territory. The EUC TSR will make sales calls to surface, qualify, position and close new opportunities (at existing Dell Opportunities and new ones) and owns the EUC sales quota for their territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides product or BU-specific expertise: formulate the client business strategy and leverage resources to ensure proper positioning of entire CS portfolio

  • May own account sets and/or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified and can discuss the CS roadmap in depth

  • Provides pre-sales technical support during the sales process

  • Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings

  • Stays current on industry and vertical solutions

  • Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team

  • Uses thought leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing business solutions using CS core client products

  • Organizes internal/external resources in response to customer needs

  • Exhibits a broad base knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an acute business understanding


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master or Post graduate Degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Technical Sales or related experience

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals

  • Fluent in English and Spanish is essential

  • Great written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
