Our Business Operations team within Business Support develops solutions to current and future challenges. We support activities ranging from marketing and manufacturing to maintenance and more. We define scope and objectives based on a thorough understanding of end users, business needs and processes. From analyzing, evaluating and documenting requirements through to specifying solutions, we strive to improve processes and maximize potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the knowledge management teams

  • Responsible for defining the team’s critical success factors

  • Oversees the knowledge repository and collaboration infrastructure

  • Builds and owns the knowledge management framework and processes

  • Ensures compliance with relevant legislation

  • Establishes the knowledge management architecture and taxonomy

  • Promotes knowledge management across organizations

  • Typically responsible for mid to large sized project

  • Impact is on the entire function or process

  • Translates strategic direction into operational and tactical duties

Essential Requirements

  • Solid ability to lead team(s) simultaneously

  • Solid ability to lead across functions applying organizational agility

  • Solid business acumen and strategic ability

  • Solid ability to work effectively with senior management

  • Solid strategic planning abilities

  • Solid customer service skills

  • Typically 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years managerial/leadership experience
