Our Order Management team takes charge of the end-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers. We verify and review the accuracy of online and offline orders and determine the appropriate method of order processing to support the needs of the business.

Responsible for the end-to-end order management of the order experience for products, services, and solutions received via sales staff and customers.

Experience and ability to identify data patterns and errors in Order management/MIS tools.

Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers. Researches customer problems and delivers solutions. May facilitate an order audit and quality control process. Liaises with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management, and frictionless rate. May drive order management efficiencies or sales operations process improvements through various projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees the Order Management workflow to ensure highest quality and productivity, while helping drive Customer Experience improvements

Works on complex order management projects, rollouts, online business, and services

Involved in support-type functions, stats, documentation of policy and procedures, reporting and research, and occasional order entry

Trains individuals within the group on systems and policies and procedures

Drives team goals through the coordination of work

Assists the team in resolving the more complex issues

May be involved in, workflow distribution and quota assignments

Skills:

Fluent communications in English - written and verbal

Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking

Goal/Career oriented and self-motivated.

Strong customer service ethic and ability to be empathetic and accept ownership.

Skilled and knowledgeable on Automation concepts, reporting tools and Six Sigma tools is an added advantage

Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Conducts Quality Audits for Order Processing Teams

Compiles weekly/monthly reports regarding Quality Audits.

Performs quality audits, identifies bottom quartile and recommends refresher training/coaching as needed.

Essential Requirements

Typically requires a minimum 4+ years of related experience; experience Undergraduate degree and 2-3 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 1 - 1.5 years relevant experience.
