Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leader for group of Sales Support Team Agents

  • Provide back-up as required for manager

  • Manage business governance for the team and cross-functional operations

  • Drive escalations to resolve

  • Provide support during the VMWare SKU creation process

  • Manage operational processes for VMware Renewals <$15K

  • Maintain good business relationships with all sales teams

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask

  • Problem solving and computer literacy

  • Data management skills

  • Completes work in accordance with accepted practices

  • Establishes approaches for completing assignments

  • Independently gathers information

  • Ability to work closely and forge relationships interdepartmentally and with vendor


  • Typically requires 4+ years of related experience without related degree

  • Undergraduate degree preferred

  • Fluent English (Written and Verbal)

  • Knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
