What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and manage a group of service delivery engineers and helping define delivery management core processes and improvement opportunities. As a Dell Professional Services team member, the Senior Manager is an experienced thought leader who drives customer satisfaction and business results delivering value to our customers.

You will:

  • Manage and lead a technical team of Service Delivery Engineers across our enterprise portfolio

  • Work closely with other technical leaders focused on Pro Deploy services

  • Coordinate the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations within service levels and costs

  • Maintain awareness of all service matters and manage customers during high priority escalations

  • Monitor service delivery and provides coaching, counseling, and motivation to maximize employee performance and growth

Essential Requirements

  • +10 years of experience in Service Delivery roles, with a strong history of executing and completing complex projects

  • Experience in solutions architecture, including planning and deployment of Solutions

  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of Networking (Dell, Cisco, etc.), Servers or Storage

  • Experience as a Director, Manager or Team Lead, supervising Technical personnel and Engineers

  • Advanced English proficiency (Verbal and Written)

Desirable Requirements

  • Relevant technical Industry Certifications in Networking, Servers or Storage

  • Troubleshooting skills on basic infrastructure environments.
