What you’ll achieve:

As a Software Sales Specialist you will be responsible for selling Software solutions, accountable for delivering software solutions that address customer needs of varying complexity; or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity. Also you will be exhibiting a broad base knowledge of multiple or related industries as well as an accurate business understanding.

You will:

  • Use thought leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing business solutions using Dell products and services.

  • Proactively identify and solve customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using higher complexity product and services lines to create solutions.

  • Manage a territory or group of accounts to ensure opportunities are identified and closed.

  • Attains volume objectives.

  • Customarily and regularly engaged at customer/client facilities and deliver high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills.

  • Understand and communicate technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution.

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience selling Software solutions (Microsoft, Red Hat, Quest)

  • Previous experience in large accounts relationship

  • English fluency is required

  • High Software Technical Knowledge

Desirable Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 1-2 years relevant experience
